Shipping and delivery
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and destination.
Typical delivery time after shipment:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Where possible, we use discounted commercial shipping rates to keep costs as low as possible.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
ORDER PROTECTION & INSURANCE
All shipments include tracking and shipping protection.
If your package is:
- Lost in transit
- Marked delivered but not received
- Damaged during shipping
Contact us within 5 days of delivery status so we can open a claim with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package was lost or damaged, we will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a refund
PREORDERS
If an item is listed as Pre-Order, it will ship once the product is officially released and received by us.
Release dates may change based on distributor timelines.
