Returns and refunds
RETURNS
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Price changes after purchase
- Minor cosmetic shelf wear on sealed products
- opened or tampered with products
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we will either:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund (excluding shipping)
LOST PACKAGES
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will provide either:
- a replacement, or
- a full refund
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened trading card products
- Potentially tampered sealed items
- Digital goods (if applicable)
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
